    lots of americans and europeans are getting obese these days because of over-eating. people should be controlling what they eat or they should workout their body to burn fat.

    I’ve tested all the natural ways mentioned above, and should say that each of them if taken separately has no effect. Even the weight loss drugs are to be taken as supplement to some other method. I did manage to lose weight I planned to. What is really important in losing weight is to set a specific goal, like ‘by the end of this month I will lose a pound’. Set realistic goals only, otherwise it’s a way to disappointment. Keep records, and join the group of dieters to share healthy recipes and achievements.

    Thank you for the post and exact figures provided. I was just thinking of how many pounds lost make no harm to the body. Obese people usually strive to lose as much weight as possible and as quickly as possible. From my own experience I would advise the others to pay a special attention to water and green tea consumption. A lot of water consumed makes you feel full and you don’t feel hungry.
