Yes, green tea or any other ‘weight loss tea’s’ are not a miracle cure to obesity, or any other issue. Teas like Woolong (Oolong) tea have been proven to aid in weight loss, helping the body to burn more fat and calories, and coupled with healthy eating and exercise, can bring great results.
