Have you ever faced the situation when you desperately wanted to lose weight quickly? The First and One of the Most Important Ones – Define Your Target
Your goal must be realistic. If you plan to lose all 10 lbs within a week, don’t start at all. Even if it’s possible, it’s far not wholesome for your body. The pounds will then return quickly. Plan to lose 2-3 lbs per week.
The Second One – Make a Plan to Combat Fat
Luckily thanks to the Internet, we have a wide range of fitness and weight loss planners. Like Weight Watchers, Slim Fast, Bill Philips Body for Life Program, the Suzanne Somers Weight Loss Program and many other. Choose any and start. Or if you prefer an individual approach, apply to any trainer working at your local gym, together you’ll create your own program to fight fat.
The Third One – Positive Thinking
You should think positively of what you are doing. You know you have a goal and you know that sooner or later you will achieve it. You also know that the sooner it happens, the better, so you keep on following all the advices mentioned above and below, and the ones you will probably find yourself. You might also find it helpful to read some books, or watch CDs on the topic. Find people who did it and keep in touch with them in order not to lose the stimulus.
The Fourth One – Change Your Diet

No weight loss is possible without changing a diet. You are what you eat. Remember that. Clear enough it’s not that easy for an ordinary person to realize what he should or should not eat. However, everyone knows you must eat no fatty, junk or fast food and eliminate fizzy drinks.
What you should eat is less fat food, more fibre food, like fruits and vegetables, drink more water and green tea. Fibre food will make you feel full longer, green tea will increase your metabolism. Water is water, it’s the source of a healthy life.

The Fifth One – Exercise More
Everybody knows that but not everyone does. Most people explain that by having no spare time. From now and on forget about this silly excuse. There are 24 hours a day and each of you can easily find at least 30-45 minutes for making some physical exercises. Remember the following and let it be your guide. When you exercise your body needs energy. No fat (provided you keep up to your new diet) means no energy to take it from, so the body will start taking it from the fat accumulated. The Sixth One – Keep a Diary
While losing weight you should follow your every day way to the goal set. I would advise you to make a table, something like – goal set, methods used, deadline to accomplish, result achieved. That will help you to clearly see if you are doing something wrong.
The Seventh One – Socialize with Your New Friends
Find new friends using weight loss forums and chats. Support each other during the long run. It will help you to go on and find new approaches to losing weight, share emotions and achievements.
Weight Loss is not a one-two month’s treatment. To gain and enjoy tangible results you should make the whole process of losing weight your life style. Change your perception of life, think differently, as if nothing special is happening. When you dig into your new life style, you will feel emotionally balanced.
The last two approaches may stay aside or may serve only as supplements to all the mentioned above. I’ve decided to mention them as some people at first do need to believe not only in themselves, but also in something which will give them an impulse to fight.

I do appreciate that along with the natural ways of losing weight you do offer some supplements, as yes, I am the one who simply can not start without something like weight loss pills. And I believe it’s a good idea to start taking pills and at the same time use the other natural ways. I intent to take the pills during some time, only to disguise the body like making it feel full, and then gradually start a new life. Hope your post will help the others to get new ideas too.

Thank you for the post, I was just thinking on how to drop a few pounds. That’s a great idea to make a plan, because I used to give up quickly after a few attempts. I start to believe planning plays one of the most essential roles. Will definitely use the links provided and follow your tips.
